Hardy and easy to please. This is a broad spreading slow growing evergreen with, as you can guess from the name, convex leaves. An excellent box look-a-like perfect for topiary 1.5m x 2.5m. On the female plants the tiny white flowers are followed by shiny black berries so long as there is a male in the vicinity.
Position: Very hardy, not fussy about soil but does not like to be waterlogged. Happy in the sun or some shade. Potentially alright in a pot if clipped regularly and well looked after. 'By cuttings'
