AP Ceramics – Stoneware Bowl

These Stoneware Bowls are thrown on the wheel and finished by hand. Each one is unique and each one is decorated with an individual combination of subtle glazes that accentuate the contrasting finishes between the interior and exterior. The exterior layered stoneware finish is satisfyingly textural with additional hints of clustered bronze lustre particles that catch the light with a warming iridescence. The interior is softly ribbed in concentric circles and the pastel shaded tin/chromium glazes applied to embellish this texture.

Of course, you may want to use these bowls for serving - and why not? Food certainly appears more appetising when presented in them.
