Guidance for Online Shopping at AP
Tools, Irrigation, Lifestyle Accessories & Other Kit
We offer a full refund for any tools, irrigation components, lifestyle accessories, and other kit returned in an entirely unused condition, in their original packaging and suitable for resale* within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the original order on receipt of the returned goods.
Architectural Plants Ltd are not responsible for the returned goods while in transit, and are not responsible for loss or damage -we recommend you use a fully trackable service with adequate insurance, and pack the goods properly, using new packaging material if required, as damage to goods whilst in transit remains the customer’s responsibility until received by Architectural Plants Ltd. Ensure that any part of the tool that could be dangerous is well protected. We also recommend you fill any empty space in your packing.
All returns for undamaged goods are at the customer’s cost, unless agreed in advance with our Sales Team.
*Goods must be returned in a condition suitable for re-sale. As a customer, you are entitled to examine the goods as if you were in a shop -this does not include using them in any way. If your returned goods have been used, even only slightly, Architectural Plants Ltd reserve the right to make only a part refund, at our discretion.
Alternatively you can come to the nursery with your tools for your refund or exchange. Please remember to bring your Order Form Confirmation Email and a form of I.D.
Please note: If you arrange a private courier, ensure you inform them that we have a closed gate. Drivers must call the gate number on arrival.
Niwaki Ladders & Other Large Items
We offer a full refund for any ladders and other large items returned in an entirely unused condition and suitable for resale* within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the original order on receipt of the returned goods.
All returns for undamaged goods are at the customer’s cost, unless agreed in advance with our Sales Team. The customer is responsible for ensuring the product is returned in good condition. Returns can be made either through a private courier arranged by yourself or, if you choose our courier service, you will need to phone our sales team 01798 879213 to discuss suitable dates and courier charges.
Please note that Architectural Plants Ltd are not responsible for the condition of the goods until they have been returned to us, even when using our courier service. Should our ladders arrive back to Architectural Plants Ltd in a damaged condition, for whatever reason, we are not able to refund the customer’s original order. We advise customers to take out appropriate insurance to compensate against loss and damage. We are unable to insure goods collected from the customer, even in our own courier’s vehicles.
